You can stay on top of the deposits your customers are making in online booking - see what has been used, what is outstanding, and monitor any refunds with this report.
1. Go to the reports tab and select Online Booking payments received report.
2. The report will show:
- total payments made via Online Booking
- payments not used yet
- refunds in progress
- payments against appointments
3. To ensure you get the information you require using a larger date range may be helpful.
