You can stay on top of the deposits your customers are making in online booking - see what has been used, what is outstanding, and monitor any refunds with this report.
1. Go to the Reporting tab in Kitomba 1 and select Online Booking payments received report.
2. The report will show:
- Total payments made via Online Booking
- Payments not used yet
- Refunds in progress
- Payments against appointments
3. To ensure you get the information you require using a larger date range may be helpful.
