Redeem a voucher

    There is no option available for 'no voucher number' as this option does not appear on our screen? Can you please advise how we enter an untracked voucher as point of redeem?

    This could be because you have 'vouchers must have a tracking number' checked under preferences in the admin tab. If you remove this the 'no voucher number' button should be available.
