Re-booking is one of the most important tasks you can do for your business. A good aiming mark is to be consistently re-booking 75% + of your customers.
If we look at the cost of not rebooking your clients e.g.
Stylist seeing 8 clients per day, working a 5 day week and rebooking at 30% =
- 2.4 clients secured, 5.6 unsecured - every day
- with an average client spend of $100 and a cycle of 6 weekly appointments
- instead of seeing them 8 times a year, it will become 6
This totals a potential $33,600 per annum of missed income per Stylist.
