    Is there a way we can email out statements to our clients? This would be an awesome way to give them a nudge if we hadn't seen them for a while.

    The best way to do this is to use the K1 - Mailchimp Integration to create email campaigns for customers who have loyalty that is due to expire soon.
    You could create a campaign for clients who have loyalty due to expire over a certain period of time, if they have a minimum number of points to redeem you might want to add an additional filter for loyalty balance. (This would avoid emailing customers who only have a few points and wouldn't be able to do anything with them).
    Once you have sent your campaign to mailchimp, you are able to add your loyalty points balance to the email template in the form of a merge tag.
    This will automatically get converted into the customer's loyalty balance as it was when they sent the details across to MailChimp.
