    Please tell me more about loyalty points being centralised. At the moment we need to manually delete customers points and enter them at our newer location. We are getting alot of customer requests to move their loyalty to the new branch.

    Centralised loyalty will mean that clients can earn and redeem loyalty points across all of your locations so you wouldn't need to add and remove points manually. We can enable this feature for you, please email support@kitomba.com if you would like us to.
