The Kitomba 1 Appointment Book is mobile friendly. No matter where you are or which device you’re on, you can easily view and update the Appointment Book.

Make a new appointment
Making a new appointment on the go or while your client’s still in your chair or treatment room is possible with a touch.
1. Go to the calendar tap on the correct time slot.
2. Select ‘New appointment here’ button.
3. Add client details.
4. Add service details
5. Select Save.
Change your view
Only see what you need to see by changing your view.
1. In the top navigation bar, choose all staff, working staff or an individual's Appointment Book.
Select the date
1. To select the date on the top navigation bar go to the date selector.
2. Select from today, shift the calendar by a day or select a date in the future.
Choose your calendar view
1. Go to the the new settings button (on the top right of the screen)
2. Adjust your calendar to suit you using the drop arrow.
Add the Appointment Book to your homescreen
