The Kitomba 1 Suppliers tab can be accessed from anywhere, on any device. You can create suppliers on the go, freeing up your front desk.
Having up-to-date supplier details means you can quickly get in touch with your supplier and save time by emailing orders directly to them.
To add a supplier
1. Log into Kitomba 1 and select the Manage tab.
2. Select the Suppliers tab.
3. Click the blue Add new button.
4. Enter the supplier details, ensuring you:

- Enter the business name (this is the name of the supplier).
- Enter the supplier’s website address.
- Enter the contact name for this supplier.
- Enter the business contact methods (email address is recommended for send to supplier ordering).
- Enter the supplier address.
- Select the Add button.
