If you need to disconnect Kitomba from your Mailchimp account, you can do this by removing Kitomba 1 from your Mailchimp integrations.
Follow the steps below:
1. Log in to Mailchimp
- Open your web browser and go to mailchimp.com.
- Sign in using your Mailchimp username and password.
2. Open account settings
- Once logged in, select your profile icon in the top-right corner.
- Click Account & billing to open your account settings.
3. Access Integrations
- In the Account menu, select Integrations.
- Click Manage.
4. Remove the Kitomba 1 integration
- Select the arrow next to View dashboard.
- Click Disconnect.
5. Reconnect to Mailchimp to Kitomba 1
- Click the Marketing tab and then Mailchimp to check the integration has successfully been removed. If it still appears here, you will need to contact the support team to disconnect it from their end.
- If you see the Connect to Mailchimp button, you can now reconnect using the correct Mailchimp account details.
