1. In Kitomba 1, select Products from the drop-down menu under the Manage tab.
The main stock page will display.
Edit a single product for all locations
1. Search for the product that you want to edit, you can search by name, barcode or use the product filter. If more than one product is found using the product name you entered, you will see this in a list.
2. Click the Edit button next to the item you wish to set availability for. The button looks like a pencil on a piece of paper
The Product details window will open.
3. Edit the fields you require:
- Availability - at which branches the product is stocked
- Price (retail or cost) - including branch override for retail
- Category
- Min/Max levels - including branch override for min/max levels
- Barcode
- Adding another barcode
- Supplier code
Edit a group of Products in Kitomba One for all locations
1. Search for the products that you want to edit, you can search by name, barcode or use the product filter
2. Select the products on the page that you would like to edit by ticking the box on the far left, or to select all, tick the box at the top of the page
3. Click the Edit button and choose what you want to edit for all selected products
- Category
- Availability
- Min/max stock levels
Edit product name, price, cost price and supplier code in products home page for all locations
1. Search for the products that you want to edit, you can search by name, barcode or use the product filter
- Double click on the area you would like to edit
- make changes
- tab across or enter to complete
Edit a group of Products via csv for all locations
1. Search for the products that you want to edit, search by name, barcode or use the product filter
2. Download Current filtered list
3. Open downloaded list in excel
4. For every column that contains numbers in it, ensure the column format is a number with no decimal places. You need to do this even if you haven’t been working in every column
5. Make changes that you want to - in this example we are changing the retail and cost prices for all products on the list
6. Save the file to a location on your computer that you can easily find
7. Click Add products
8. Select Import a product list
9. Select Browse to locate the file.
10. Check out the preview file.
11. When you are happy with the file click Looks good, upload
A message will pop up to show you the number of products updated in this example we have updated 7 products.
Note: (all locations stock access' is required to add stock)

Im transferring stock form one room to another how do I do this as its not letting me adjust stock amounts form my proffessional cupboard
