Set up your Loyalty programme

After you have turned your loyalty programme on , tell Kitomba how long a Kitomba Dollar will be valid for before it expires.

Choose how your customers can earn their Kitomba Dollars by selecting either option one or two from the list

Choose how your customers may redeem their Kitomba Dollars

Choose how many Kitomba Dollars your customers will earn per $100 spent on services, retail and vouchers

Tell Kitomba whether you want your customers to earn Kitomba Dollars in round numbers by ticking - or not ticking - the box.

Click Save at the bottom of the screen.

    Can you choose a date that the Loyalty program starts from?

    Currently there is no ability to have a start date for your Loyalty programme. The start date will automatically be on the day you turn this feature on in the Admin tab of Kitomba.
