The Kitomba 1 Products tab makes it easy to create products on the go, freeing up your front desk.
When adding new products, completing all fields makes it easy to find information when running reports, allows you to send targeted marketing campaigns, and makes ordering stock a quick and seamless process as Kitomba will order exactly what you need.
To add a product
1. Log into Kitomba 1 and select the Manage tab.
2. Select the Products tab.
3. Select the blue + Product button and then Add one product.
4. Complete the product details, ensuring you:
- Enter the Product name and size
- Enter the Cost price (excl GST) and retail Price (incl GST)
- Select whether it is a Retail or Professional product
- Select the correct Category
- Select the correct Supplier
- Enter the Barcode if using a barcode scanner
- Enter your Min and Max level (the minimum and maximum units you wish to keep in stock)
- Select the Add button.
