The Kitomba 1 Products tab makes it easy to edit and update products on the go, freeing up your front desk. It is simple to enter the product details and pricing, so you know the correct products are being sold to your clients at the right price.
Ensuring your product details are up to date will eliminate the risk of products being sold for the incorrect price and make it easy to get information on how stock is performing in your business from Kitomba reports.
To edit a single product
1. Log into Kitomba 1 and select the Manage tab.
2. Select the Products tab.
3. Search for the product you wish to edit.
4. Select the product name.
5. Add, remove, or edit the relevant information.
6. Select the Save button.
To edit multiple products
1. Select the checkboxes of the products you wish to edit. Select the checkbox at the top to select all products in this view. You can use the product filters to make this easier.
2. Select the Edit button.
3. Select the category you want to move these products to.
4. Enter the new minimum and/or maximum level for these products.
- Select the Save button.
To delete a product
1. Select the checkbox next to the product/s you want to delete.
2. Select the Delete button.
