Online voucher sales reporting

Keep track of your online voucher sales using the Vouchers sold and redeemed and the Vouchers with remaining balances reports. 

Note: Online voucher sales are invoiced through PayPal and not Kitomba so will only show on these two reports. 

Vouchers sold and redeemed report

1. Go to the Reporting tab in Kitomba 1 and select the Vouchers sold & redeemed report.

2. Run the report for your required Date range. This will show:

• the Vouchers issued for your time period
• the Face and Sale value
• the Total of vouchers redeemed in the Date range. 

 Voucher with remaining balance report

1. Go to the Reporting tab in Kitomba 1 and select the Vouchers with remaining balance report.

2. Run the report for your required Date range. This will show:

• the number of vouchers with a remaining balance 
• the face value and remaining value balances of the vouchers.
