Payment links allow you to quickly request payments from clients and monitor their status in real-time. Staying on top of your pending and completed requests ensures you don’t miss any unpaid invoices and gives your clients a seamless payment experience.
Tracking outstanding payment links
Step 1: Click the Sales tab.
Step 2: Click the Payment filter and select Pending payment link.
This view highlights every payment link that’s still unpaid, so you can identify which clients you need to follow up with.
Resend payment links
Step 1: Click the invoice number to open the invoice.
Step 2: Click the More options at the bottom and then Resend link.
Step 3: You have the option to change how it gets sent to the client at this step, and to edit the email address or phone number it will go to.
Step 4: Click the send button to send the payment link to the customer. Kitomba automatically turns off the old link, so there’s no chance of accidentally paying twice.
Refunding deposits
Processing a refund is straightforward for customers who have already paid a deposit.
Step 1: Locate the appointment where a client has paid a deposit via payment link.
Step 2: Click the Refund button next to the paid deposit.
Step 3: Click Confirm to refund the client. Kitomba will automatically process the refund to the card they used to pay the deposit.
Please note:
You can only refund Payment links used to pay for a deposit, not for invoices.
