What do the stars mean?

Kitomba gives you the ability to award "stars" to your clients. Your customers can have up to five stars. The stars are awarded in half stars when a customer does one or more of the star items within the timeframes that you set.

Star Clients will also show you what is stopping other clients becoming Star Clients. This is a great visual to see who your great customers are. It also provides something for you and your team to aim towards.

Note: The default setting for Star clients is off. To turn this function on go to the Admin tab select preferences and check the Turn Star Clients on check box.
