Turn Star Clients on

1. To turn Star clients on go to the Admin tab in Kitomba

Go to Preferences on the left hand side

2. Once in Preferences, select the Star Clients tab

3. Select Turn Star Clients On and choose which type of business you are (Hair or Beauty). 

4. Set the timeframe for your customer to earn a full star. For example, if you set the full star time period to 8 weeks then if your customer has rebooked an appointment in the last 8 weeks then they will have earned a full rebooking star.

5. Set the timeframe for your customer to earn a half star. For example, if you set the half star time period to 3 months  then if your customer has rebooked an appointment in the last 3 months  then they will have earned a rebooking half  star.

6. Click Update my Stars

7. Click Save.
