The Kitomba 1 Products tab can be accessed from anywhere, on any device. It enables you to easily manage your categories on the go, freeing up your front desk.
Having well-organised categories ensures you are reporting on the correct products, allows you to create marketing campaigns targeted to clients purchasing products in those specific categories, and saves time by allowing you to order products in groups—rather than one by one.
To create a category:
1. Log into Kitomba 1 and select the Manage tab.
2. Select the Products tab.
3. Select the Categories button.
4. Select the Create new main category button to create a main category.
5. Hover your mouse over an existing category and select the blue + button to create a sub category.
6. Type in the category name and select Save.
