Efficiently manage your appointments in Kitomba by booking rooms and equipment alongside your client appointments. This tutorial walks you through each step, helping you keep schedules organized and ensuring resources are available when you need them.
To book a Room or Equipment
Step 1: Click an empty space in the calendar and select New Appointment here.
Step 2: Search for your client and select the service they are having, then click Save.
Step 3: On the left side-bar, select the Room or Equipment you are wanting to use.
Step 4: The colour on the left side of the appointment will change to indicate what room it is using.
Change the Room or Equipment
Step 1: Click on the appointment you want to update.
Step 2: On the left side-bar, select a new room or equipment from the available list.
Tips
Assign rooms and equipment right after you book an appointment to avoid double bookings.
Double-check room availability before saving changes.
