Attributes are places to store additional information that you think is important. Attributes can store customer information or information related to an appointment. Attributes enable you to record data specific to your business.
You create attributes, give them their name and decide what format of data you want them to store (e.g, calendar dates, currency, text etc). You should use attributes to record information you are interested in but that does not have a standard field or home in Kitomba. e.g. credit card number details could be an attribute.
There are three types of attributes that you can set up:
- Customer - eg. any allergies, drink preference etc.
- Appointment - eg. Colour notes, Notes or new customer etc.
- Records - This is a group pf attributes - eg. recording evidences from apprentices.
To create an attribute go to the admin tab and select attributes.
Select the attribute type and select the Create button in the top right
Name the Attribute then select the drop down beside Data Type
Select how you want the attribute to show on screen.
Text is a short line that you can add text to
TextArea is a longer text area suitable for longer comments

Number is a Text field that only accepts a numeric value
