The customer will automatically receive an email to confirm that you have received their booking.
Once they have made a booking your staff will get a notification in K1 and Kitomba to let them know a customer has made an online booking request.
You can accept, move or cancel the booking.
Managing Online booking requests in Kitomba 1.
1. When you see this button in the left-hand panel in the Appointments tab in Kitomba 1 select the pending online bookings button.
2. This will list the booking requests you have.
3. You can now confirm or edit an appointment as if it was on the calendar.

In Kitomba you will be presented with similar pending online booking button, once pressed you will be presented this pop-up box to look at the overview of online appointment booking requests.
The arrow symbols in the top right of the window will allow you navigate between the different online booking requests.
If you press edit you will then get the same options as if it was a regular booking you were managing in Kitomba. You can change everything from what services are booked, which staff member they're seeing along with the time and duration of the appointment.
If you make any changes another email is sent to the client advising them of the changes.
