Kitomba currently has two security groups set up. One called Restricted and the other called Administrator. However you may want to create a new group. Example: Specifically for your manager.
To create a new security group
1. Go to the Admin tab
2. Select Security Groups
3. Click the 'create' button.
4. Name your new group and give it a description
6. Edit the permissions by ticking or un-ticking the relevant boxes
7. Save changes
