If you need to unapprove or make edits to an approved time sheet you can do this at any time.
1. In Kitomba 1 go to the Manage tab from the top navigation bar and select Time Sheets.

2. Select a staff member's name to display their weekly Time Sheets.

3. Select the relevant day.

4. Select the Re-open button. This will unapprove these hours and remove them from the Approved Time Sheets and Payroll reports.

5. Make the necessary adjustments and select Approve.
