Redeem a Voucher in Kitomba 1

Vouchers offer an excellent way for your clients to gift or pay for products and services, often at a discount or a special bundle price. This can encourage clients to try new products or services they might not typically use, ultimately creating a great customer experience and encouraging them to return.

Vouchers can be redeemed when processing payment on a walk-in invoice in both the Appointment Book and the Sales tab, or when invoicing an appointment.

Vouchers redeemed in Kitomba 1 must have a tracking number. If you have numbers printed on your vouchers, they could be used as tracking numbers.

Redeem a voucher from: 

• A walk-in invoice on the Appointment Book
• An appointment sale
• The Sales tab

To redeem a Voucher from a walk-in invoice on the Appointment Book

1. Log into Kitomba 1 and select the Appointments tab.

2. Select the Add new button on the left side panel.

3. Select New walk-in invoice.

4. Select whether you are selling to a casual, new or existing customer.

5. Enter products/services that are being sold.

6. Select the sales person and then the Take payment button.

7. Select Voucher from the Payment drop-down.

8. Enter the voucher code and select Search.

9. Enter the redemption amount and then select the Redeem button.

9. Select Complete sale.

To redeem a Voucher on an appointment sale

1. Select the appointment ready to be invoiced.

2. Select the Make sale button on the left side panel.

3. Enter products/services that are being sold.

3. Select the sales person and then the Take payment button.

4. Select Voucher from the Payment drop-down.

5. Enter the voucher code and select Search.

6. Enter the redemption amount and then select the Redeem button.

7. Select Complete sale.

To redeem a Voucher from the Sales tab

1. Select the Sales tab.

2. Select the Make sale button on the right.

3. Select whether you are selling to a casual, new or existing customer.

4. Enter products/services that are being sold.

5. Select the sales person and then the Take payment button.

6. Select Voucher from the Payment drop-down.

7. Enter the voucher code and select Search.

8. Enter the redemption amount and then select the Redeem button.

9. Select Complete sale.
