Moving from the existing concessions feature to the new improved feature. To set up centralised concessions go to Kitomba 1.
Note: When you view a service, a check is performed to see if there are any branches that already have one or more existing concessions for this particular service.
If no, then the normal Add concessions button is displayed as below. You can start creating your centralised concessions straight away.
If yes, then the Manage concessions centrally button is displayed.
The Administrator will then need to deactivate all the branch concessions before they can create any centralised concessions.
To do this select the manage concessions centrally button.
This will ask if you want to manage concessions centrally.
Note the warning message and when you are ready to proceed select the Continue button.
Once the deactivation process has completed, the normal concessions block will appear in its place.
You can now create concessions for each service as you require. See Create a Concession in Kitomba 1
