Redeem a Concession in Kitomba 1

To redeem a concession

To be able to redeem concessions, they must first be sold to a client. View our support guide to learn how to sell concessions. 

1. Select the Appointments tab.

2. Select the appointment in the calendar. 

3. Select the Make sale button on the left side panel. 

4. Kitomba will recognise the client has a concession loaded to their account. Select Use concession and then the Confirm button. 

5. The service is then switched to a redemption and will display the remaining amount after this visit. Select the Take payment button. 

6. The Concession payment type will automatically populate. Select the Complete sale button.

If you are an enterprise customer, concessions can be redeemed at any location regardless of where it was sold.
