Sometimes during a consultation, the customer will choose different services from what was originally planned. For example, they might change from a global colour to a half head foils. You will need to change this in Kitomba so that the customer is charged for the right services.
This process assumes you have already used Prep Sale to prepare and print a quote - as outlined in the Prep Sale Support Guide.
1. Go to the Kitomba calendar and find the customer’s appointment.
2. Double click on the appointment. This will open the Prep Sale screen
3. Click Undo Sale
Click Yes to the confirmation screen that appears
You will be taken to the appointment screen
4. Make changes to the appointment by either:
- removing a service using the button, or
- adding one by using the button.
If you want to print a new quote for the customer
Click Prep Sale at the bottom left hand corner of the screen. This will open the Prep Sale screen and it will show the new services.
To print the quote for the customer, click Print Sale at the bottom left hand corner of the screen
Choose your printer from the box that pops up and click Print. This will print out the quote for your customer.
Click Save on the Prep Sale screen. This will close the screen.
If you don’t want to print a new quote for the customer
Click Save on the Prep Sale screen. This will close the screen.
