There are two steps to refunding a voucher. The refund will first need to be entered into Kitomba 1, and then the voucher will need to be cancelled so it can no longer be redeemed.
1. Log into Kitomba 1 and select the Sales tab.
2. Select the Refund button.
3. Select a casual customer, or search for an existing client.
4. Select the Add voucher button, or search the word Voucher.
5. Enter the value of the voucher being refunded and select Add voucher.
6. Select the staff member you are refunding against, then select the Refund button.
7. Enter the payment type you are refunding to and check the amount is correct, then select the Complete refund button.
8. The Refund status and details will now be displayed in the Sales tab.
To cancel the voucher
1. Select the Manage tab, then select Vouchers.
2. Search for the voucher number.
3. Select the Cancel voucher button.
4. Confirm you are cancelling the correct voucher as this cannot be reversed by selecting Cancel this voucher.
