Credit notes can be used to refund a Client for a product or service.

1. Credit notes for Clients
Crediting a customer for a product or service.
1. Go to the Cards tab, select Manage Clients and Search and Select your Client

2. Click Create C for Credit note

3. Enter items that are to be credited

4. Enter Refund details on the Payments tab

5. Click Commit

2. Crediting to a Client Account
If you would like to Credit to the Customers account rather than give change you can click on the Credit to Account button.
