This guide shows you what a Fully Booked appointment looks like in your Kitomba 1 appointment book once a customer has booked into a filled slot. You'll learn how to recognise it, what it means, and why no further action is needed on your part.
You have received a Fully Booked booking in Kitomba 1
When a client books into a Fully Booked slot, the appointment appears directly in your Kitomba 1 appointment book along with a notification which will show up on the left panel under the appointment tab.
You may click on the appointment to pull up the appointment summary on the left panel. Here you will see that it is a Fully Booked appointment, and that the appointment is confirmed and already paid for by your client.

Troubleshooting
I can see two appointments for the same time slot
We’ve put many protections in place to ensure Fully Booked doesn’t double book your calendar, even if a slot was filled after the SMS was sent to the client.
Check whether your appointment book settings are set to "Show cancelled appointments" - you can do this by clicking the appointment book settings icon in the top right of your appointment book. If so, you'll see both the original cancelled appointment and the new Fully Booked appointment for that slot, which is expected.
A client says they booked an appointment, but I can't find it
Check with the client whether they completed the full booking process, rather than just opening the SMS link. If they did complete it and it's still missing, contact Kitomba support.
