The Kitomba 1 Appointment Book makes it easy to manage your appointments from anywhere, on any device – freeing up your front desk. Having the flexibility to make changes in real time and have them reflected instantly in the appointment book streamlines the day-to-day running of your business.
To move an appointment
1. Log into Kitomba 1 and select the Appointments tab.
2. Select the appointment you want to move and hold the mouse button down.
3. Drag it to a new staff member or new time on the calendar, then let go of the mouse button.
You will see a notification at the bottom of the page indicating where the service was and where it is now.
To change services on an appointment
1. Select the appointment you want to update.
2. Select the Edit appt button on the left sidebar.
3. Add services by selecting them from the Services list, or remove services by selecting the red X in the Selected services list.
4. Select the Update appointment button.
To change an appointment status
1. Select the appointment you want to update.
2. Find the Status on the left sidebar and select the new status from the drop-down menu.
3. You will now see the status icon update on the appointment, and if you are using Appointment status-based colours, the colour of the appointment will change.
To change the client on an appointment
1. Select the appointment you want to change.
2. Select the Edit appt button.
3. Select the word change next to the client name.
4. Search the client’s name using the search bar, or select Add a new client to add a new one.
5. Select Update appointment.
To delete an appointment
1. Select the appointment you want to delete.
2. Select the Delete button on the left sidebar.
3. Select the Delete button on the warning pop-up.
