You can easily adjust your Kitomba 1 Appointment Book to display exactly what you need to see using the different calendar views and settings.
Change the staff member view
Working staff
This displays all staff that are working for the selected date. Staff who are rostered off or are on leave will not be displayed.
All staff
This shows all staff members whether they are working or not working on the date you have selected.
Individual staff
This shows the calendar of the selected individual staff member. You can choose to view their appointments for the day, 3 days or week depending on the time frame you have selected.
Change the appointment book settings
Select the Settings icon at the top right of the calendar.
Individual staff view
When displaying the calendar for an individual staff member, choose to view one day, 3 days or the whole week. The default setting is Week.
Row height
Change the size of the rows on the appointment book to suit the size of the device you are using.
Default: Small
Appointments visibility
Select the option that best suits your business operations:
- Hide cancelled or no-show appointments so you can see exactly who is coming in for the day.
- View only cancelled and no-show appointments to gain insight and see the impacts no-shows have on your bottom line.
- Show all appointments to see the full picture.
Default: hide cancelled and no-show appointments.
Full screen
If Yes is selected, this will hide the tabs at the top, displaying only the appointment book. Select No to view the tabs at the top again.
Default: Yes
Appointment card view
The Fixed view sets a minimum width for appointments so you can always see relevant details and icons. You can scroll horizontally to see additional staff columns.
This is the default setting.
The Compact view will shrink the width of appointments to prioritise displaying more staff columns.
Important: You will only see a limited number of icons with this setting.
Rebooking prompt
If On is selected, a prompt to rebook the client will appear once the appointment has been invoiced. It will display any future bookings or the average revisit rate for the client, offering the opportunity to lock in future revenue. Learn more about using the Rebook prompt here.
Default: On
