Using service-based colours in Kitomba 1 allows greater visibility of upcoming appointments and makes it easier to see at a glance what services are booked next.
To enable service-based colours
1. Log into Kitomba 1 and select Settings at the top right.
2. Select Business settings on the left.
3. Select Business details.
4. Scroll down to the Appointments section and select Appointment colours based on Service colour from the dropdown menu.
5. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and select Save.
To set Service category colours
1. Select the Manage tab.
2. Select Services.
3. Select a category.
4. Select the Edit category button.
5. Choose a colour for the category.
6. Select the Save button.
You can now see that all your appointments have been changed to display service colours. The default white colour will be shown if you have not selected a service colour.
Expert tip: When viewing your appointments by service colour, the appointment key at the top right-hand side of the Appointment Book acts as a quick reminder to the icons used to determine the status of the appointment.
