Understanding appointment icons in Kitomba 1

Different icons will be displayed on each appointment depending on what is relevant to that specific appointment, making sure you don’t miss any important information.

Understanding appointment icons

1. Select the Icons button at the top right of the calendar.

2. This brings up the Appointment icons key.

• Each appointment will show an Appointment status icon, depending on the status of the appointment. When using service-based colors on your appointments, it’s important to become familiar with what these icons represent.

• The Message - Reminder icons will indicate whether there has been an SMS reminder sent, an email reminder sent or a pending reminder to be sent for this appointment.

• The Important information icons will indicate an alert on the client’s card, a new client, a note that has been added to the appointment, and if a particular staff member has been requested.

• The Room - equipment icon will indicate that the service requires a room/equipment and there isn’t one currently selected.
